Paul-Lincke-Ufer 39-40, 10999 Berlin
You’ll find Zola next to the canal, in Paul-Lincke-Ufer. Some months ago, they were placed in the backyard behind Concierge Coffee, but recently they moved to a bigger spot.
This pizzeria is considered one of the best ones in Berlin. Maybe because it has real Neapolitan style or maybe because of its big wood-fired oven. Whatever, simply exquisite.
From the menu, I recommend ZOLA pizza. This is made with tomato, mozzarella, gorgonzola, pear, and walnuts. The thick-crusted dough completely stands out among other pizza places. I love mixing fruit with other ingredients in warm dishes. Trust me, pear and gorgonzola is one of the best combinations ever.
