BBQ soy steak, chickpea-veggie samosa style patty, lentil-veggies Italian paty and bio tofu slices marinated in green curry is what the burgers are made of.
I had the special one, Indonesisch, made of marinated teriyaki tempeh and pumpkin, baked aubergine, lettuce, cucumbers, red peppers, onions, peanuts, mint, perilla, Asian plum BBQ sauce and sesame mayo.
That burger had flavours that I hadn’t tasted ever. Even the wedges with ketchup and (vegan) mayo were delicious.
